AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Anastasia Mare (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the “https://anastasiamare.gr” website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
BOOKING A ROOM When booking a room through our website, you agree to the following: – Prices and rates may change at our own discretion, at any time, and for any reason. – The final amount to be collected will be fixed after entering your personal and contact information. – The final amount in the checkout page may differ from the displayed amount in the search result area, due to a price change that we performed while you were browsing our website. – We may cancel your reservation in case of double booking events, in which case we will issue a refund for the entire amount that was collected from you.
CANCELLATION POLICY You have the right to make a request to to cancel your booking. You agree to the following cancellation terms: – A full refund will be issued if your request has reached us at least 42 days prior to your expected arrival. – If your cancellation request reaches us after the mentioned period, up to one (1) day prior to your expected arrival, we will not refund the total amount that was collected from you. In case you wish to end your stay earlier than agreed, client should compensate us with 50% of the remaining amount.
HOUSE RULES By physically checking in at our property, you agree to the following house rules: –Only the agreed number of guests shall stay in our premises– In case of damages to our property, you will be charged the total value of the caused damage. – Further in-house rules may be discussed upon arrival. We have the right to deny any future booking at our property if the customer breaks any of the rules.

PAYMENT METHODS All major cards are accepted as well bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted upon agreement and only for amounts less than 500€.
TRANSACTION SAFETY All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1,2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is way of coding the information until it reaches the recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
